Safe For Kids!
All the Games On this site have been Previewed by real Parents!
Real parents preview all the games on this site --not AI or some algorithm. They are listed in age groups so you can find just the right games for your kids.
There are fun games and fun educational games too! Studies show that when kids are having fun they learn more, so we try to add that here as much as possible.
Sometimes we link to outside sources, because of course there are many popular games we don't own, but we try to give tips on those too.
Remember Each Child is Unique
While we go to great lengths to try to make sure each game is in the right age group, every child is unique --even in the same family. What is good for one is sometimes not good for another, so be an active parent. Pay attention to how your kids react during and after shows as much as you can to determine what is best for your child.
Also, screen time can be addicting, studies show, by releasing dopamine in the brain, so try to make sure your child has time away from screens as well. We will be posting lots of articles to help guide you to the best way to incorporate video games into their lives without it becoming a problem and actually adding to the quality of your kid's childhood! Plus other fun IRL (in real life) game ideas to do too!
One thing that helps....Kids love to talk to you about what they are seeing and experiencing. It is a way for them to connect to you and create a relationship. If you listen now (even if you don't really care about their games or whatever it is. You might not care about that, but you DO care about them.) they will be so much more likely to confide in you when they are older too (when peer pressure and things can be dangerous for them.)! So try to listen as much as you can when they are excited about their games and other elements of their lives! 🙂
Another way to make sure gaming is a good thing in their lives is to try to play with them or have them play with siblings and friends, so they can learn social cues, problem solving, sharing and more while they play!
Add in educational games for more growth and learning as well!
